What activities did you like to do as a child? If you find exercise that you like to do,you are much more likely to do them!
My husband and I have recommitted to mountain biking and are having a great time! We are now throwing in some obstacles a la “Tough Mudder” or “Spartan” Race. I have spent the past two years recovering from a serious car accident. For me, the fear of reinjury has been so great that I have been acting like an old, old lady trying to temper my moves. That changed when a well meaning lady at a restaurant called me my husband’s mother! In my mind, I think I should still sit at the kid’s table at weddings! Geesh! The point is, it is our personal responsibility to be the best we can be. It is completely up to us where we are at on this subject. No excuses. Lots of fun.
